Hours are Noon until 10 PM. KVE OPTIMUM (SUDDENLINK) BULK-PURCHASE In 2020, Owners voted to allow the HOA to enter in to a bulk purchase agreement with Suddenlink. On July 2, 2021 the agreement started, costs under $50/month, is added to the monthly HOA fees and will increase 7% every year in July. ALL units now receive the following: ·
Expanded basic TV with one basic DTA cable box/remote · 100 Mbps unlimited data Internet with Wi-Fi-Modem
Each unit still maintains an individual Optimum account in case owners choose to add extra services such as: ·
Internet speeds over 100 Mbps ·

Extra High Definition cable boxes ·
Pay Cable Channels or Movie/Sports packages ·
